The Oliva Elite and Meridian Elite knives are crafted in Solingen, Germany, and feature traditional design with a triple-rivet, full-exposed tang series. They are handcrafted using a one-piece, hot-drop hammer forging process, with POM handles for comfort and durability.

Our knives are designed with a purpose, featuring a scalloped edge that allows for versatile use in cutting, chopping, slicing, and dicing various types of food. The high-quality 15-degree blades are handcrafted from German 1.4116 steel alloy, making them sharp, rust-resistant, and easy to maintain. The bolsterless heel design simplifies all cutting, sharpening, and honing tasks, maximizing the use of the entire blade.
